Replacement Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete product, you may request a replacement subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Replacement
You can request a replacement if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- You received a wrong product.
- The product is defective or not functioning properly.
- Any item is missing from your order.
Replacement Request Timeline
- Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be provided for:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Minor color or design variations due to screen settings.
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Change of mind after delivery (unless specifically mentioned on the product page).
Replacement Process
- Contact our support team with your order details.
- Share photos/videos showing the issue.
- After verification, a replacement will be approved.
- The replacement product will be shipped within 3–7 business days after approval.
Availability
- If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value or issue a store credit/refund as applicable.
Shipping Charges
- For approved replacement cases, reverse pickup and replacement shipping charges will be borne by us.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, customers may be requested to self-ship the product and will be reimbursed reasonable shipping costs after verification.
