Replacement Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete product, you may request a replacement subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Replacement

You can request a replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You received a wrong product.
  • The product is defective or not functioning properly.
  • Any item is missing from your order.

Replacement Request Timeline

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be provided for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Minor color or design variations due to screen settings.
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Change of mind after delivery (unless specifically mentioned on the product page).

Replacement Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order details.
  2. Share photos/videos showing the issue.
  3. After verification, a replacement will be approved.
  4. The replacement product will be shipped within 3–7 business days after approval.

Availability

  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value or issue a store credit/refund as applicable.

Shipping Charges

  • For approved replacement cases, reverse pickup and replacement shipping charges will be borne by us.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, customers may be requested to self-ship the product and will be reimbursed reasonable shipping costs after verification.
